The interview process was very intense for a junior role. I had to do 3 interviews and a full blown presentation. 7 years later as a head of marketing I would never imagine asking a person to do that at that stage of their career. Clearly the hiring team had too much time on their hands.

It was a phone interview that was eventually going to lead into an assessment center. The person interviewing me was not organised but was sweet and had a lot of questions regarding my previous experience, my achievements etc

Interview
4 rounds. Staring with a screening call by HR. Next an interview with hiring manager mostly based on situational questions. Third round would be with a Director with more tailored to the role situational question and finally a interview with the vp of the department
Applied online via Kellogg’s portal and was contact for a phone interview. Didn’t get it but that would have progressed to an interview with the hiring manager. Rejection was sent my automated email
