I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KeHE Distributors
Interview
Standard interview. 3 rounds. More informal than most interviews. They broke the ice before jumping into interview. Easy to get along with and very professional. Hiring process was a breeze. They know what they are doing and made it easy on me.
I applied online. I interviewed at KeHE Distributors (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process will take forever (2-3 months) and even longer if there's a holiday coming up, so be prepared to wait. Every single person that I interviewed with was great. I didn't get the job, which is okay, it's a really difficult job market for analysts right now. What made me not want to ever apply for another job at KeHE was the way in which I was informed that I was no longer under consideration. During my last interview on 12/16 (after 4 rounds of interviews), the sales director promised me that she would let me know if I got the job by Friday the 19th. She made a big deal about not wanting people to have to wait for an answer during the holidays. Sadly, I didn't find out if I got the job until January 8th. Fed up after not hearing, I finally emailed HR and received a cookie cutter rejection email, with the least sincere word salad reply. I think the company has great values, a good culture and great benefits, but I do not believe the company is well run. For instance, most analysts rely on databases, but at KeHE they have a master spreadsheet. Not only is that a security risk, but it's an incredibly archaic way to manage data.
