Interview
We had an on-campus interview that was pretty straightforward, just trying to get a feel for personality. Then it was straight through to the super-day in NYC, where we had 3 interviews, several panels to which we could pose questions, and a happy-hour/speed-recruiting event that was a lot of fun.
Consisted of only behavioral questions, 2 30 minutes interviews with senior manager and partner. More of a conversation style, but will ask more behavioral as follow-ups to answers. Very friendly, not difficult if prepared well

Two 30-minute interviews back to back. One behavioral, one technical. Both had an authentic conversational tone. Both interviewers were experienced professionals in the practice I applied for. The technical questions were directly related to the experience I outlined.

All behavioral questions around academic background and previous work experience. maybe one technical question but likely not anything difficult. high level normal questions - why this group, why the firm, what's your elevator pitch
