I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Bedminster, NJ) in Mar 2013
Interview
The first interview was a short chat. The person I was originally supposed to interview with was tied up so I interviewed with another supervisor who reported directly to the VP/Director. She said there was no actual position they were just interviewing to anticipate turnover because bonuses were being issued? Very odd. I came back about two weeks later for the skills test and was supposed to meet with the director but again she was MIA. I never heard back after that.

Question 1
I think if you have no experience at all with retail leases the skills test might be difficult but it is at least 50% basic business math.

Interview
They reach out over email to schedule and then is one round in person where you meet with multiple employees. Was straightforward and very typical for this sort of company
It was well prepared, everything went smooth. The exercise was difficult for me, but it was more about checking my language skills. They gave me a sample lease agreement in Spanish and few questions to answer.
Easy, meet with 3-4 middle management types from the department who all ask you questions they obviously didn't write. Take a test afterward - rumor has it your performance on the test has nothing to do with whether you're offered.
