Applied on Indeed and then sent a video interview. Had two interviews with the manager before comp plan was presented. Interviews were each about thirty to forty five minutes long.

It was an informal video call. It was very positive and went very well. Interviewer and myself just had a conversation where I answering basic questions about how I work as a real estate professional. I was super comfortable.
