Had multiple phone interviews then all day interviews with team. Asked behavioral questions, some inteviewers were very poor, ill prepared and somewhat terse. Hiring VP was nice enough but also not really prepared. Sensed maybe they already had someone in mind but don't understand why they flew me up and had me meet so many people. Nobobdy ever followed up so I finally reached put and found out the wanted someone with more global experience. All in all pretty straightforward process, guess I just wasn't the right candidate. .
