Online process, multiple choice questions that are fairly simple to answer. Then get in person interview and hopefully hired! It’s pretty simple really, but the interviewer will be management from the john Lewis branch
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
