Applied and was called with in 15 minuets of submitting the application. Not really a formal interview. Simple questions asked, very laid back. Gave a tour of the facility and was able to meet all the employees so you were able to get a first impression from the shop view.

Discused my automotive abilities, what hours I would be working, my starting pay rate, and when I can start. Also discussed what tools I needed and where I had to go for my drug test and my physical.
