JWP (JW Player) Software Engineer In Test interview questions

HR emails out a code challenge on Hackerrank. Complete it within allotted time along while carefully commenting already clear and concise code. All test cases passed along with initial test cases. Followed up with phone interview with an engineer. Engineer was clearly not in the mood nor interested. Was asked questions that were incredibly open ended such as how do you test software. Literally, could spend 24 hours talking about different ways and not scratch the surface. Engineer administering interview did not seem to thrilled about being tasked with doing so, odds are it was plopped on his lap against his will.
