JELD-WEN Early Career Rotation Program interview questions

I recieved a phone call scheduling me for a video interview. Just basic resume-based questions. Got scheduled for a second interview, which got canceled saying the position was filled. Just felt like it was on a first come first serve basis, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the job posting. There wasn't anything implying curteous apology. I don't think this sends a good message about the company to prospective employees and customers.
