I applied online, and was called within a couple days for a phone interview. I was asked basic skills and job oriented questions regarding my work history, and then asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was very impressed with the extremely positive attitude of the HR person, and the interview went well. I was asked more questions along the same lines as before, and was given a chance to ask some questions of my own. Overall, a very good experience.

They left a message on my phone and asked to called and scheduled an interview which I did. On the interveiew day, i had on one with a guy i forgot to ask his name. He offered me chocolate to break the ice but ideclined. the first question was why do i want work for JC penny. I told him and he ask what does a project manager do which was my previous position. Then we had chat about salary and my availabity. Tha was it. He told me the sales people will get in touch.
