Pretty simple - send in your resume and do the survey. We had one in person interview before the offer. The questions were teamwork based and how to handle customers in challenging situations.

How do you handle completing tasks while helping customers and ensuring and overall enjoyable shopping experience.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
