Interview was simple mostly behavioral questions and a technical question. They got back to me within a few regarding an offer. About two weeks later I received an email saying that my offer was rescinded because all spots were filled. There was no acceptance deadline on the offer letter so the email was a shock

Interview
You will be on camera , but they will not. It's very rude. You'll be expected to know their "culture" but unfortunately they're hypocritical. You're likely just a slot fill in their day so they can meet their interview numbers, and have no intention on hiring you. Word of advice to all- if the company you're applying to has recruiters, it's a bad company that could care less about it's employees. Good companies have their managers find their own employees, not "recruiters" who don't even understand the job that you're applying to. Also, if the recruiter seems eager or treats you like you're special, it's a red flag that guarantees you're just a time slot fill. Do again, if a recruiter is who pushes you through, don't waste any time learning about the company.
