There was a good back and forth of communication with the hiring / Human Resources department. The receipt of application and then the follow up emails were really prompt, especially in comparison to other museums I have applied to (which shall remain nameless here, but who often never even contact you to let you know your application was received, let alone reviewed and discarded). The preliminary phone interview was good, though the connection was terrible. I'm still not sure if the connection was so bad because of my phone or theirs.
