Do not apply here. After you submit an application they ask you to complete a personality test that is frankly, insulting and demeaning. It takes almost 45 minutes to complete and is structured to determine how much you'll work for how little money. Questions like "would you prefer a high standard of living or a fun office setting" are in this 'personality profile.' Excuse me or expecting both.
This is a disgusting recruiting practice and it should be abandoned immediately.

Question 1
would you prefer a high standard of living or a fun office setting?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Invision in Nov 2018
Interview
It was a multistep process that I enjoyed. At the end of it, they told me I was the candidate they were moving forward with but I needed to wait a few weeks for the offer sheet. The offer sheet never came and then they told me they changed their mind about hiring for that position. It was very disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Invision (Remote, OR)
Interview
Straight forward, interview with recruiter then video call with manager.
I actually interviewed two separate times for two separate roles. Never got a single follow up email, reached out 4 times after each interview process and never even got a corteous rejection email.
I know this isn't an isolated case because it happened both times. Very unprofessional experience and recruiter.
