Intility interview questions

2 steps. 1. Screening. Personality and IQ tests. 2. In-person talk, nothing technical. Overall they were all very easy to talk to. No technical questions, just a chill conversation where we talked about what I would like to do.

3 rounds of interviews. 1st was to filter out participants, 2nd was personality test, third was technical interview. Compared to other companies, they were all very nice and down to earth people. Easy to talk with.
