Very easy going. Everyone was super nice and I felt very comfortable. I was asked very specific questions about my skills in my current and all past jobs. You need to come prepared, once you've done that the interview will be easy. I've also had to interview people for jobs at Intermountain Healthcare and I can tell you that the interviewer is just as nervous as the interviewee. We want to make sure that we are hiring someone who will fit in and do a great job.
