I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied online through Workday portal. Received phone call about 1 month later to schedule an initial interview. 1st round was a 1 hour video call with one team member. 2nd round was an all-day event with 5 interviews and a 45 minute technical presentation. Met with engineers and managers from within the group over video call - no on site visit. Mix of technical questions and questions about previous work experience. Final interview of the day was with the hiring manager. From the first phone call to the offer, the process took about 3 weeks.
