It was absolutely one of my worst interview experience ever. I was contacted by their recruiter. I passed the phone interview, and was brought to the on site. I thought they were serious about hiring. Some of the interviewers were friendly, and professional. But one junior guy was unfriendly and rude. He just handed me a paper of coding questions, and asked me to write code on white papers for most of the time. No communication at all. Then he reviewed the code, and asked questions in a confronting way. The technical conversation was very uncomfortable and couldn't go anywhere because of his lack of knowledge and manners. Then the director show up for the next round. He was cold and unfriendly as well, making me doubt if they were really hiring. The way he talked and conducted the process made me feel unwelcome, and total waste of time. It has nothing to do with the technical questions. I don't know how many of the questions he asked are really related or used in the work. It's the way how their personalities drive the team makes the position totally unattractive.
