The interview process started with a phone screening then 2 back to back 30 minutes interviews with upper management. The interviewers were great, however, even though I didn't get an offer, HR could have at least sent a rejection letter. Not taking a minute to thank potential employees for taking the time to go through the tedious application process and interviews is simply unethical.
