I had a screening interview with a Talent Advisor. She assisted with setting up the next series of interviews. Inspire asks that you fill out 2 assessments - assessing cognitive skill and emotional/personality questions.
I interviewed next with the hiring manager who was very transparent about the role and his expectations for the person filling the position. The interview not super focused on formal interview questions or behavioral questions. At time he felt very intense and shared details about other candidates that I thought was a little inappropriate. He called me back 2 days later to make sure I had not "done anything stupid and accepted another job offer."
In my next interview, I met other members of the team who could not have been nicer or more approachable. However, it felt like I was interviewing for a completely different job - the expectations and duties described by them were not what were described by the hiring manager. These folks did ask me some more "interview-y" type questions. There were areas of the job duties that I did not have much experience in and they said they weren't worried about that- they want to hire someone with ability to learn, etc.
A few days later, I received an automated rejection email. I sent a personalized email to thank the talent advisor and the hiring manager for the opportunity to interview and neither responded.
