Insperity Applications Developer interview questions

The process was great, one interview. There are very technical questions and a basic personality question. They will always pay you the bare minimum Found out the hard way. I was hired at 67k while another person that I was better than was brought in at 78k. I was promised it later but did not get it. The raise was only 4k.
