Interview
The recruiters were very proactive in creating interest in the company as well as being personable and staying in touch pre during and post interview. They sent me links and told me things I should be thinking about to prepare for the interview beforehand. The interview process was three interviews. The first was a casual phone interview asking why I was interested, what my goals were, background, and how I thought I could benefit the company and vice versa. In the second interview I was first interviewed by a IT recruiter which is the starting position before you become an account manager. It was very laid back and the interviewer was very talkative and bubbly about everything about the company and told me what they did on a day to day basis. After that I was interviewed by an account manager who was the top one at the location. This was a little more professional and I was probed on skill sets and she interrupted me several times in what I believe was an attempt to see if I would get flustered. Then final interview is a lunch interview with the branch manager where they simply test to see that you can carry conversation and keep them entertained.

What do you think your top three weaknesses are and how have they affected you and what do you do to counterballance them.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
