Interview
A corporate recruiter contacted me via email and phone after coming across my resume on the internet. First I went through a phone interview which basically consisted of the recruiter selling the company to me. I was then invited to partake in a 1 on 1 interview 2 weeks later. During the in person interview I met with a lead recruiter as well as the corporate recruiter who initially contacted me. The whole "interview" was them once again selling the company to me and asking if this is the type of company I would like to work for. 1 week after the in person interview I received an email explaining that I was not the best fit for the company
All the employees I talked to and met with seemed to be overly excited to meet me. They are looking to hire a specific type of person and if you weren't part of a fraternity or sorority in college, don't like to drink socially and can't carry a smile all day then you might not be that person.

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
