The interview process was time-consuming biase and negative. The phone interview was quick and easy. The following step was questions and responses, essentially you're writing a 10-page book. After that, your interview with 2-4 people at different times which is a waste of interview rounds. During my second last round, the interviewer was biased and made multiple microaggressive comments. They also made you purchase the CEO's book to read for the interview process, but it was just a quick way to get a profit. This company has no upward mobility and demands 6 figure work for 85K max. Not worth it.
