I sent over my resume, was then asked to do an assessment of skills test. Once that was completed, I was called for a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Before completing the call, he asked for a face to face coffee meeting. I was then invited to the plant for a meeting with the CEO, HR and the hiring manager once again. I was offered the position upon completion of that meeting along with a plant tour.
