In-Depth Interview(s)
One-on-One Interview: This is the most common format, usually involving the hiring manager or a member of the team. The interviewer asks a combination of behavioral, technical, and situational questions to assess how well the candidate fits the role.
Panel Interview: In some cases, candidates may be interviewed by multiple people at once, often from different departments. This allows various stakeholders to evaluate the candidate simultaneously.
Technical Interview: For technical roles, this stage may involve coding challenges, problem-solving exercises, or demonstrations of technical expertise.
Case Study/Task-Based Interviews: Candidates might be asked to solve a specific business problem or perform a task that simulates real work situations to assess their approach and skills.
