I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Orem, UT) in Aug 2020
Interview
I had two interviews, one group interview and one alone. The interview itself was pretty standard and not much stood out to me but afterwards I found out that anyone from the group interview that wasn’t smiling most of the time didn’t get a second interview

Question 1
What makes you more qualified than other candidates?
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
