I put in an application and didn't hear anything back for two months so i thought it was a lost cause. To get a job here YOU HAVE to do a follow up. I was visiting with my sister and i talked to an employee about my application and he told me a to do a follow up. He then introduced me to the manager and he took down my information to pull up my application. He called me two weeks later to set up an interview and I interviewed with the 2nd manager, the interview was very basic and she invited me back for a second interview. The store manager interviewed me and asked some more questions and I was hired. I was very nervous (the store manager was a very big guy) and it was freezing outside but the manager made me feel very comfortable with his warm compassionate smile. This is often a first job for people so they are very understanding. It very important to let your personality show and your smile, I think I was hired because my smile and enthusiasm mainly. They claim your "smile" is the only way to customize your uniform so I cannot emphasize it enough!!
