Impact Resource Group interview questions

District Manager interview. Very likeable individual.

I submitted my resume on line and got a call from the DM. He asked some screening questions and set up a 1:1 interview for the next week. we met in the field and spoke while he worked. The conversation was of a typical inverview type. The hole thing lasted about an hour and at the end he made the offer pending a clean background check.
