Interview
I waited for over an hour to be interviewed when we had a specific time set for it and while I was there another person was already there and we eventually began speaking, turned out he had already been waiting for over 30 minutes when I showed up. The lady who interviewed me made it seem like I was waiting for just five minutes and kept walking away during my interview to talk over things with someone else. This was the most bizarre experience and I regret wasting my time.
I received two interviews on the same day. I was first greeted by a general manager that wanted to know my experiences at other restaurants contributed to what I could contribute to Il Fornaio. The other manager asked how long I worked at my previous restaurant, the hours I was looking for, etc.

One of the managers asked my knowledge on a drink that I sell at my former restaurant and to describe it. The other manager asked what was the most difficult task I’ve ever had to do.
