I applied on Craigslist and received an email a few days later requesting me to come in to their office for an interview. The interview was pretty easy, no difficult questions, it was more or less a meet-and-greet to make sure I was who I said I was and to get a feel for my personality. He went over my resume, made some disparaging remarks about CSUN, and briefly went over what he was looking for in the ideal candidate. Again, very easy, no difficult questions. The interview ended, he told me he would get back to me after seeing other candidates. A week-and-a-half later I followed up with an email and he told me I was still in the running. The next week he had me come in for a second interview in which he explained the job a bit more. This time I had some questions prepared. I could tell that the question, "Why did previous editorial assistants leave?" made him uncomfortable. At the end of the second interview he offered me the job on the spot.
