On-site interview with assoc manager. Sometimes they do a basic excel test (vlookup, xlookup, basic data cleaning) depending on your resume. They tell you about the salary in the e-mail where they call you for the interview, so usually they focus on how comfortable and viable is it for you to live with that salary and benefits, and also professional development expectations and how far away you live. Questions about teamwork and time management.
