Interview
Lead artist and Production manager asking questions, offered a tea and coffee. Asked to describe how you can manage several tasks for different projects. Style differs a lot. Showed you different examples of what they want, reviewed your test assignment with some critique. Encourage you to improve your work and give you chance to work for probation period of several month.
