it was during covid-19. It was very pleasant, had to film a couple videos were i answered some easy and standard questions. After that i had a zoom interview with a person from people and culture.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
