COVID times - all interviews by phone.
I talked to the recruiter first, followed by 4 calls with people from the team. They all gave me a glimpse of the job and left time for questions.
All interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes but pretty much each one lasted an hour.
I thought it went well, but after the last interview they went silent.
I had to reach out to the recruiter several times, and he said they were still interviewing. I saw the job get re-posted at this time. They told me a few days later that I didn't get it - surprise.

Spoke with a few different representatives from the team. All questions where thoughtful with regards to the product and technical space; not the type of questions that have a right or wrong answer, but more trying to understand how you think and how much expertise you have. No case study or practical examination

The entire process took about 2 weeks. It started from a phone screening to a phone interview with HR. Lastly, there were 3 consecutive on site interviews on a single day which took about 2.5 hours in total.
