These people have no regard for the applicant's time and effort. They interviewed me twice and assigned my a PROJECT that took 5 hours to do. All to be told no. If a company gives you ridiculously long assessments and assigns a project where they basically got you to work for free, it is a HUGE red flag. Never again.
