I applied via my schools job site. Received a call from HR about a week later. Scheduled a phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview.
The in person interview was with 4 different people.
I was offered the position about 3 days later
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
