Interview
It was a long drawn out process, over 6 months and at least a dozen interviews. A lot of shopping around between teams internally. That being said, the recruiter was awesome and super engaged throughout the whole process. Everyone was very supportive, it just took a long time.

Question 1
Most of the interviews were conversational, focusing on outcomes and achievements from my previous roles. A lot of emphasis on numbers and trying to gauge if I was partner material. Very little on the technology front.
