I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview process begins with an out-of-the-box online application. After submitting the application, they may call you in for an interview that consists of three parts. The first part is an interview with (two, in my case) people from the department in which you would be working. It is laid back and conversational. Then, you are escorted to a room where you will take a test on paper. The test seems to gauge your critical thinking skills and the way you analyze break down problems. finally, you have a quick wrap-up interview with an HR worker.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online after meeting recruiters both on campus and in the classroom. Heard back about a month later and was scheduled for an interview a month after that. Very basic interview questions, lots of focus on SQL, and other basic programming knowledge.

Interview
I made my initial submission through their website about a week later I got a call from a junior recruiter and scheduled an interview. There are actually three interviews and a written test. The first interview is with managers from the department. They were very professional and ask many questions. The second interview is with someone from human resources. Again, they were very professional. She left me with a written test which was timed. You only had to complete what you could inthe time limit. The final interview was a technical interview and test. It is a basic computer skills test.
