Interview was stiff. They had a whole panel of people interviewing just me for an extremely basic administrative position. Everyone read directly from their papers and seemed bored to be there, and I'm not even sure they were actually wanting to fill the position they called me to interview for.

involved HR and felt immersed with coworkers through their introduction. the interview process was straight forward and they wanted to hear about prior experiences. I was hired within a month for a later designated start date.

Phone interview, in-person with HR and hiring manager, then another round with seniors and colleagues. Used STAR approach, but was provided job competencies and potential questions prior to the interview.
