Interview
1. Phone screening interview by recruiter within 2 days of being referred. Asked questions regarding basic qualifications listed in job ad.
2. In person interview 8 days later, with hiring manager and 3 other senior engineers. Mainly reviewed experience listed on resume.
3. Phone interview with HR, mainly soft skills.
4. Another in-person interview, same people, more detailed questions on experience, some hardware debug questions.
In-person interviews were reasonable, interviewers were friendly and respectful. Good experience.

Question 1
What steps would you take to solve an intermittent fault with a communications card? Interviewer would describe symptoms and divulged details when asked specific questions.
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
