I arrived and gave my name and asked to wait. Senior guest service assistant greeted me and we sat in the breakfast area that was empty. Off the bat was extremely comfortable and felt at ease with this person, we started talking like old friends, which I took as a good sign! Interview went smoothly, we even shared some laughter and personal insights into my life. They seemed genuinely engrossed in what I had to say, smiling with direct eye contact. Overwhelmingly positive experience.
