Recieved phone call from recruiter 1 day after posting my resume. Asked the usual?...... Why Hobby Lobby? Will You relocate>? Said he would call me in a few days for a one on one interview.
1) Over the phone interview about 20 minutes long 2) In person interview this interview takes about hour and half the questions are typical for this type of interview there is also a online assessment

Got a call from Bruce at HobbyLobby (no typographical error, say as fast as you possibly can, as one word not two), and what followed was a very formulaic phone interview.
After reading the experience of others, my thought is “thank God for unanswered prayers.”
