I applied online. Received an email to come in for an email a few days later. I got to the hotel and had two interviews with director of front office and then with hotel manager. I got hired on that day. and started working after two weeks
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.

The interview process just asked about relevant skills and how to apply tohenm to tjhe job. The interview was fast and very easy, especially in this job market, etc. etc.
