I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Athens, GA) in Sept 2013
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. I interviewed with the supervisor at the time. She asked the basics like how I heard about the company and position, and my previous experience. She asked how long I expected to be with the company. This is an important question for this type of company due to the turnover rate in this industry. She asked if I had any questions, and was able to answer them such as what are the chances of moving up in the company and the future plans for the hotel. The next day I received a phone call with a position and pay proposition which I gladly accepted. I went to hr to complete the process, which included being sent to an office for drug testing.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Hilton Garden Inn (Norman, OK) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very easy, very quick; concise. It was a good experience. The interview was quick; I could tell they were looking for exact specifications. Got the call back later that day. Very easy process.
