After a phone interview, they gave me a testing/programming assignment that took close to two hours.
They then brought me into their office (downtown Chicago - pay for parking - you know the drill) to meet with 5 of their employees. I was put into a video conferencing room and 4 out of the 5 people I spoke with were sitting at home on their webcams.
The entire process showed a huge level of disrespect for me and my time.
I think my favorite part was when the QA Lead referred to C# as "c hash".
