HiBob Manager, Sales Development interview questions

Took 3 weeks to hear back from internal recruiter. Set me up with a call with VP Sales as a first call. Turned up late, didn't seem interested at all, company language is English but asked if I spoke any Nordic language and Dutch (when it's not in vacancy to speak additional languages). Company culture seems to be KPI driven and not sure what they want could be chaotic. Asked how do you set up your managers for success - answered weekly 1-2-1s.
