Excel: 9 tasks, 30 minutes for them. It included Sumifs and Countifs, Vlookup, logical functions (I had to write functions with other functions as arguments). Then pivot tables, charts, freezing panes, formatting and conditional formatting. No VBA or Macros.
Interview with people from Henkel: they asked me about my skills I included in the resume. Where and how I learned them, and why I choosed the level of skills I wrote. They were quite thorough, so don't overestimate yourself! And perhaps it would be best to ommit skills where you are just a beginner. They clearly wanted to see a person that specializes in what they want him/her to do.
They also asked about how I think about data and data analysis to see, whether I am a good fit for the job. Beware, this position is more about handling the data, than analyzing them!
Other questions included whether I look for a job in other areas (I studied an unrelated field), and what I think is that connect these jobs together. And they were curious about my diploma thesis.
