They asked relevant questions about how I would handle certain situations. It also felt like they really wanted to get to know me as a person and the interview felt more like a conversation vs. questions.

There were four rounds of interviews. One initial round with the hiring manager, a mock session, another interview with a dietitian, and a final interview with the founder. Pay wasn't talked about until the offer letter but they offered $50 an hour with about 2 weeks of accrued PTO. The whole interview process took over 2 months and was pretty slow in between steps.

They asked questions about philosophy and some of the basic tell me about your self and strengths/weaknesses questions. The interviews all did feel conversational and like they wanted to get to know you.

I had an initial phone interview. Then moved on to a 30 minute mock assessment. They provided information on what the pretend patient was like and some basic issues. It was pretty straight forward. I did not get the job. I asked for feedback but never heard back,

Multiple rounds with a final round being a mock session. Very nice and gave feedback. Got to talk to multiple dietitians that work there and got a good feel for the job.
